My goal as Registered Massage Therapist is pretty simple,
and that is to help you move, feel better in your everyday life. I truly believe that a great massage shouldn’t just feel amazing in the moment, it should also give you lasting relief. Whether you’re dealing with acute or chronic pain, recovering from injury, or just needing a safe space to completely decompress and reset, we will work together to figure out exactly what your body needs.
My practice blends focused, effective therapeutic work with calm, modern environment. When I am not at the clinic, I’m usually hanging out with my dog, or hitting the gym to train.
